1. To the best of the knowledge of SKYCO the prices and sizes as stated in this catalogue are correct at the time of going to press. Whilst every effort is made to maintain the prices and sizes as specified, SKYCO reserves the right to vary these without notice as pressure from suppliers dictates.

2. Membership to the SKYCO Food Club is subject to an annual fee of £10. Renewal of membership is automatically added to the latest invoice nearest to the membership anniversary.

Membership is not transferable. Membership will be at the discretion of SKYCO

3. SKYCO cannot accept orders from persons under the age of 16 without consent of the parent or guardian. Parent or guardian will be fully responsible for full payment of goods and carriage.

4. Members only - a minimum order of £50 weighing up to 20 kilos, including any agreed discounts, but excluding any item marked NA (Not Available) is required for free delivery anywhere in the UK, excluding the Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland where a surcharge will be applied.

5. All goods must be paid for with order (see payment instructions) unless other arrangements have been agreed. SKYCO reserves the right to refuse delivery of goods if payment is not forthcoming. All goods invoiced remain the property of SKYCO until paid in full.

6. Cheques for payment that are not honoured on presentation will incur a charge of £10 for each and subsequent cheque presentation.

7. Orders will not be left unless prior arrangements have been agreed. However, SKYCO cannot be held liable for any theft of goods.

8. Claims for damages or non-delivered goods must be notified to SKYCO within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery, otherwise they may not be considered. On receipt of parcel from authorised courier company, check for any obvious outward damage, or leakage. If unsure, do not sign as received in good condition.

9. We accept Mastercard, Visa, All Debit Cards, and American Express, subject to their normal terms and conditions.

10. SKYCO Gift Vouchers may only be redeemed against purchases of SKYCO products as shown on the SKYCO Online Website or as shown in the current SKYCO Catalogue.

11. SKYCO Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash under any circumstances.

12. SKYCO Gift Vouchers must be signed by authorised SKYCO personnel at the time of purchase, and countersigned by the holder on redemption.

13. SKYCO Gift Vouchers may only be purchased from SKYCO Online at www.skyco.uk.com or direct from SKYCO International on # 44(0)1932 565559.

14. SKYCO cannot be held liable for lost or stolen Gift Vouchers. However, under such circumstances SKYCO should be informed immediately.
